Our Story

At Morning Vibes Cafe, we believe that every cup of coffee tells a story, and ours begins with our founder, Haydee Montserrat Mata. A proud Latina and passionate entrepreneur, Haydee arrived in this country with a dream and little more than determination. Starting with no knowledge of English, she took her first step into the world of coffee at a local coffee shop, where she discovered her true passion.

Through hard work and perseverance, Haydee honed her skills, learning the art of brewing and the intricacies of coffee culture. Inspired by her journey, she envisioned a vibrant space where everyone could come together to enjoy quality coffee and healthy food.
